Imagewear, a subsidiary of Mark’s Work Wearhouse, is Canada’s largest supplier of brand embroidered clothing, work uniforms and promotional items. They wanted to reduce reliance on paid search advertising by increasing organic search traffic leads.
Strategy & Solution:
We developed a search marketing strategy that focused on selected under-performing product lines. Keywords that led to purchase behaviour were identified and the corresponding pages in their online catalogue were optimized.
Top rankings were achieve for a large number of new keyword groups, generating a 286% increase in organic (unpaid) search traffic in the first 12 months. Notably, Top 5 and number 1 rankings were achieved for many keywords despite fierce competition from specialty suppliers.
